Put through
Significa ‘conectar’ o ‘pasar’. Por ejemplo, si llamas a una oficina preguntando por alguien, la persona en recepción will ‘put you through’ (pasar la llamada) a esta persona.

Put something forward
Se refiere a proponer algo, normalmente en un grupo o una reunión. Ejemplo: ‘In the staff meeting, John put forward the idea of expanding the business to different countries.’
